Then you should expect to undergo an individualized examination and treatment taking into account not only your pain but establishing the root cause. You should leave with an understanding of why you are not moving as well as you’d like and a plan to reach your goals.

How should I prepare for my first visit?

Wear athletic clothing that is easy to move in such as sneakers, shorts, sweats, tank tops, t-shirts, sports bras, etc. Basically wear what you would to perform the sport or activity you participate in, or what you would to your local gym. Show up on time and bring any paperwork you may have related to your injury.

Do I need a Prescription?
